In 2017, after the sweeping victory in panchayat elections in Uttar Pradesh, the BJP had its eyes on Odisha, so it had orchestrated a riot to polarize the communal lifestyle of the town of Bhadrak, Odisha. The incompetent BJD leadership and its sloppy bureaucrats failed to control the situation and the result was looting, burning and disruption in normal livelihood of the comman man. This film looks at what happened during the riots through a gamut of folk and popular jatra and cinema.
